Night of Terror 3!!!
The TXW faithful came out, spun the wheel to determine the match stipulations of the evening and saw an amazing night of action.
1) The Gathering vs. Travis Sawyer & Tony Lucassio
I Quit Match
Travis Sawyer was a little more than upset at the fact that people have been calling Maskerade "The toughest man in TXW" just because he fell through a flaming table. Travis stated that he could beat the Gathering with anyone, even his 90 pound manager, Tony Lucassio. That was a poor judgment call, because Tony Lucassio fell victim to Maskerade's Half Nelson choke after a kiss from Demetria... this combination of perfect events was enough for Tony to scream "I QUIT!" to the heavens.
Winners: The Gathering by submission
2) Jim Miller vs. Spoony Mack
2 out of 3 falls match
Spoony got out early to a 1-0 lead on the cagey veteran, Jim Miller after he landed his finisher, but Jim landed his own finisher moments later to even it up. After a back and forth 3rd fall, Miller baited Spoony Mack to try his double knees in the corner, dodged those, and rolled up the rookie 1-2-3 for the third fall.
Winner: Jim Miller wins 2-1.
3) Funkmaster V vs. Dwayne Windham
Loser Eats the Dog Food
This was a quick back and forth match that had Funk land his 1000 Watts of Funk kneeroll on Dwayne, and before the three count took place, Shane Daniels hit the ring and landed 2 Future Shocks on Funk as referee Mac MacMurray called for the DQ. Daniels popped open the dog food with his hand with Neanderthal type strength and shoved it down Funkmaster's throat even though he won.
Winner: Funkmaster V by DQ - Funk was force fed the Dog Food
4) Allen Shepard vs. Nick Taylor
Special Guest Ref
The Special Guest Ref in this match started out to be Commissioner David Branson, but TXW co-owner and manager of Nick Taylor pulled rank and basically muscled his way into reffing the match. This was a great battle between two former tag partners, but it had a similar finish to a match we've all seen before. As soon as Nick put Allen in a sharpshooter, Preston called for the bell and ruled the match a submission win for Nick, even though Allen was about to reach for the ropes. Sounds like this "Knoxville" Screwjob is going to lead to a heated rivalry.
Winner: Nick Taylor by controversial submission decision
5) TXW Youtube TV Title
The Heartburn Kid Barry Allen (c) vs. Ricky Valentine
Throw in the Towel Match
HBK surprised the crowd with throwing a successful Sweet Chin Music twice, and after a top rope elbow, Ricky Valentine threw the towel in with 30 seconds to go in the match. The rookie could have at least held on for a draw, but the Sexy Boy proved to be too intimidating.
Winner: HBK (Valentine threw in the towel)
6) TXW Tag Team Championship
Creatures of the Night (c) vs. Hollywood Kid & Tsunami Kid
Coward Waves the Flag
The COTN was in full KISS make up, and was lead out by a guy they called "The Kiss Rocker". The inspirational KISS mascot worked, as the veteran tag team dismantled the upstarts by using wily old tricks. Daniels put the Hollywood Kid in the "Cattle Mutilation", and after his partner repeatedly tapped out, Tsunami couldn't bear to see the violence continue and waved the Flag for his partner's sake. After the match, the strange but volatile feud between Daniels and Mac MacMurray blew up once again, and the legendary ref popped Daniels in the face with two straight jabs, leveling the behemoth.
Winners: Creatures of the Night - Tsunami waved the flag for his partner's sake.
7) TXW Heavyweight Championship
Bobby Blassie (c) vs. Bob O Mac
4 Corners Weapons Match
This back and forth weapons match was highly entertaining, both trying to use the No Parking Sign the entire time, but to no avail. Finally Bob O Mac was able to land the Bob-O-Matic on Bobby Blassie onto the sign, scoring the pinfall win for the title. Bob O Mac became the first 2 time TXW Champ!

8) TXW Heavyweight Championship
Bob O Mac (c) Vs. Bobby Blassie
Bobby Blassie shook out the cobwebs and gave referee James Malenko an ear full. Malenko called for the bell and Blassie rolled up Bob O Mac in an O'Conner roll for the 1-2-3. Blassie grabbed the belt and fled. Commissioner David Branson tried to stop Blassie from running out with the belt, but when a contract was produced, it clearly stated that Blassie has an automatic rematch clause whenever he wants it... even if it's 10 seconds after the match. Bob O Mac has now become the shortest reigning TXW Champ.
