TXW is committed to bring the East Tennessee area quality wrestling events with a focus on a few key values:
#1 We want a roster that wants to put the fed over. If the fed is successful, we all will be successful.
#2 We focus on storylines that make sense from week to week, with characters with the most heat getting pushes- not our family or friends.

#4 We want the wrestlers to feel appreciated with monthly awards, higher compensation, a strong internet presence, and custom made title belts.
#5 We believe in excellent presentation that includes: High quality sound equipment, digital videos and vignettes, banners, and posters featuring the league's talent.
